I’ve used my xtool D1 for years with minimal issues. However, for the past couple of days the laser is stopping about 10 minutes into a job. The laser stays on but doesn’t move and freezes. I’m not seeing an error code in Lightburn, only the “busy” signal. Nothing has changed in the laser’s “environment” as far as the static electricity build-up goes. I’ve tried 3 separate laptops and swapped out USB cables with a brand new one and still no dice. Anyone got an idea?
