XTool F1 Framing & Burning using Inches

I’m using Lightburn version 1.6.00. I’ve noticed that when framing, if the project unit it set to inches, the laser outlines a very small square, rather than the actual object. Additionally, if I run the laser with the inches setting, it just burns in a very small space.

I’ve verified that the project and cut settings are correct. If I switch to mm, everything works as expected.

Any fix for this? I know “work in mm” is a solution, but sometimes I need to verify a size in inches and if I accidentally don’t switch back to mm before running it can be catastrophic. I’ve attached my latest mess up for reference.

I switch between mm and in with no issues. I actually do this a lot.

I suggest you download a new copy of Lightburn 1.6.00 and reinstall it. Do not reinstall from an existing installer copy on your machine.
