I am running FluidNC on my controller with MillMage Pro 0.9. My pendant moves the Y axis as expected but on the Move screen, the Y axis will only move in the positive direction. X and Z move correctly.
Check your offsets (G54) and coordinate setup (Home and Origin settings). Your CNC may think it is already far negative and the + direction it the only one that will compute.
