1.700 New Version does not run on my laptops(2)

I have downloaded the new 1.700 version of Lightburn twice, on separate days.

I followed the usual install instructions.

On the last install dialog box I accepted Open Lightburn Automatically. The Busy hourglass appeared for about 3 seconds, then disappeared, and nothing happened. Lightburn did not open.

When I clicked on the new Lightburn icon, same thing. Lightburn did not open.

When I clicked on Lightburn.exe file in the Programs folder, same thing, nothing happened.

I am running the latest version of Windows 10.

Please HELP!!!

Même problème du passage à la version 1.7.00 le programme ne se lance pas sur mon pc portable (j’ai été obligé de revenir sur la version 1.6.03) et aucun problème sur Pc Bureau.

Avez-vous résolu votre problème de votre coté ???
