With two cameras, I’m not entirely sure how accurate the final result will be.
If I understand correctly, a height of 19 to 25 inches requires a fairly steep angle, which will result in errors at the slightest difference in height.
Precisely because of these errors, I am currently testing another “perspective” (placing a camera at height) which may be more useful for areas like the ones you intend, and not like 400 by 400mm, which is my case.

However, having a second camera for monitoring doesn’t seem to be a problem, as long as it’s possible to intervene promptly in case of an emergency.
