3018 laser is fine in lasergrbl, but nothing in lightburn

Most likely you’re trying to go faster than the machine limits allow, so it’s cutting the power. (see about 1/2 way down in the above page)

Wow, setting overload. Looks like I’m getting it figured out now, I had read through those links before, but misunderstood and set things wrong. After re-reading a half dozen times, I’m finally burning

There’s a learning curve, for sure. The 3018’s are not terribly well suited for laser use because the lead screws make them quite slow, but they work.
