After 1.7 update Lightburn won't run on Win11 pc

Lightburn was working fine until I updated to 1.7. Now the software won’t start on my Win 11 Pro pc. Tried a reinstall and no joy. I double click and nothing.
Any ideas?

also does not start after the update. 1,6,3 works well. 1.7.0 does not start
