What are the results of the tests mentioned in the doc?

In particular, does it home correctly when it’s turned on?

You didn’t provide any information such as under what conditions this happens but I think I see something in your settings.

$100 & $101 look to be WAY OFF. Typically those are 80.

Hello there i am facing an alarm 9 problem, can someone help?

Not without considerably more information:

Hello there,
Thanks for the reply. I have a Ato.stack A20 pro, i use lightburn version 1.7.03. I do not have a limit switch ( i physically do not see one) when i try to home the laser it makes a grinding noise when trying to home. And the alaram code that it shows is aralm 9

You must manually position the laser head at the home position before turning it on:

I have tried that. It still makes the same sound and shows the same code ( alarm 9)

If you’re telling LightBurn to home the laser, then that will not work, because the machine does not have homing switches.

There is a difference between the “home position” and the “homing operation”. The machine can move to the home position, typically XY=(0,0) just as it moves to any other coordinate position, but it cannot perform a homing operation.

You can store the coordinates of the home position in the Move window, then park the laser at that spot.

Also, you must disable LightBurn’s automatic homing when it starts up. IIRC, that’s in `Edit → Device Settings".
