Another Ortur 2 15w ALARM2 issue

So I engraved about 6 test patches and one successful patch using Lightburn with my new engraver I got today. Now, I get the dreadful Error 2 line 2 or 4 message. I also get the same error inside LaserGRBL software. I do not know what changed. I’ve posted my GCode below for a simple circle I’m trying to test with. When I do manage to bypass the error, the engraver no longer engraves, the light is on, but very weak.

Update, reflashed 1.34 firmware, and no more error 2, now just the weak laser problem.

I can turn the laser on manually and it engraves/burns, but not when running a job, even at 100% power.

Try this please ben
IN console type
$#
press enter
Tell me output
Then type $$
Do the same please, past the output

Btw, S100 is 10% power, remember S1000 is 100% in lasergrbl

Also what job origin was you using?

In lightburn you choose a percentage. For example I was engraving my leather at 40% per the reference manual, and my engraving turned out good. Now, even at 100% in Lightburn I get a very light line on cardboard, or leather. Did you see the video and picture I sent in a followup email? I've resolved the ERROR 2 issue. Link to youtube video of issue. Picture of settings in Lightburn for engraving on cardboard. Seems aparent you had a loss performance on your diode
Also the dot size seems big, but hard to tell in video.
I got your email as well will reply with instructions for replacement

Thank you, awaiting instructions in the email. Just an FYI I just ran the laser at 100% with a speed of 30, yes 30mm/min and it wouldn’t cut through the same leather it cut through last night at 300mm/min and 100%. It barely scratched the surface. I’ve also adjusted the dot size following multiple instructional videos with the same outcome. I appreciate the quick responses!!!
