Best Stable Release From February or Close

My key expired and I bought a new one. I didn’t realize that the key will continue to work on older versions. I now want to keep my old key with an old version of the software as a backup in case I want to use more/different computers in the future.

I do remember a version that had problems not too long ago and the solution was to wait for an update. I want to avoid anything like that. Does anyone remember any versions which should be avoided?

Thanks

You are not required to purchase another key to gain access to the most recent releases. Access to our most recent feature-set, look to the Renewal, which provides updates for a year.

Yes, I did some research and noticed that after i already purchased another key. I guess what I’m actually looking for now, is opinions on the best recent releases (February or earlier) that are the most stable.

If I understand correctly, to use my old key, i have to have a version that was valid prior to the year of updates expiring. I just want to have a copy of that download file just in case. I want to make sure i keep the best version.

You have access to the License Portal to review your key(s) and the current renew status of those keys. You should have access to download any previous version from the following link, and based on renewal status.

I might download the version that has worked best for you and keep that, but we do provide the older version (←click this) available.
