Camera Lens calibration issue

I have a similar problem. New 8M Lightburn camera, it is listed in the camera dropdown window in the camera control tab but I don’t get an image from the camera. The built in camera works. The computer is a new Dell laptop running windows 10 Pro v1903. I tried it on a MacBook Air and have the same problem but the camera works in Lightburn running on a Mac pro desktop so I know the camera works. On the desk top machine I was asked about allowing Lightburn to access the camera but not on either of the laptops. I checked the camera permissions under settings and don’t see anything there to change.
