My employee seems to have done a great job getting our new camera setup, he went through all the steps and the paralax looks pretty resolved, BUT.
After he did the large test burn with the registration marks, the image area seems to be reduced.
I have included the photos.
When you line up the laser to the registration marks, it seems reduced, the points it finds are inside the registration area.
Could it be the wrong camera lens?
Did he miss a step?
Double check that when doing the alignment process, he didn’t exit and then go back through it again, forgetting to enter the scale on the second pass through it.
The alignment pattern at 100% scale is about 200mm across, or 8", which is what it looks like the system has scaled it to in your final result, so that would be my best guess as to what’s happened.
