So I am having the same exact issues that sdengraver had in the post link below and I believe that I have the same exact machine. Would love to get the details on how you resolved your issues. BTW, the support from Universal Engraver is atrocious!
At this point is shows my firmware as benbox laser 3.1(c) mul 2015.06.06 but that was not on purpose.
If the firmware is BenBox, you’ll need to change it to GRBL by flashing the controller. LightBurn doesn’t support BenBox firmware directly.
So where can I get the grbl firmware and what version should I use?
GRBL 1.1f or later is recommended, but I don’t know where to get it for your specific controller.
Does anyone know where I can find out where to get the grbl version for my control box? The support at Universal Engraver is horrible, they just don’t get back to you and I just bought the darn laser.
