When I create an object in light burn, say I’m making coasters, I make the size roughly around 4" but when i send it to cut it cuts the object at approximatley 6"… can anyone advise? TIA

This sounds like your steps/mm are wrong. Has it always done this or is this a new thing. There are a few posts on here that explain how to calibrate the axis.
