Cleaned the Laser Module because of Dust

As title says I striped the module and brushed and gently aired the module of all it’s parts
And when it was back together I done a small test all was great…

Coffee time…Come back and turn it on and all hell broke lose, the laser hit the side rail and vibrated til I turned all off…
I go to frame/home a job and it say’s Busy, green line light on until I switch off and pull the USB and power plugs…
Then there was the time the Busy light never went off until I switch Lightburn off…

I have/had limit switches installed but without doing the Firmware (cause I really can’t get my head around it)…
All was going good with Homing every time I turned on the Laser…
I tried unplugging the limit switches but no… same thing happens…

I had the Auto-home enabled with limit switches plugged into the board,
I also unplugged the limit switches and turned off the Auto-home.
But all I get is nothing from the laser… and in LB say’s Busy, green line light on until I switch off and pull the USB and power plugs…

Hi Merlin,

You should add updates to your existing thread from three days ago. Best of luck with getting things working.

Here is a small update, while searching the web for answers I came upon some thread somewhere (don’t remember where) and these codes where there so I thought what could it hurt to try…

Made sure Auto Homing was enabled…

I turned off LB, then restarted LB…
Clicked on Home, the laser moved to the Home position (Bottom Left) But then moved to the Top Right where it hit the rail and didn’t stop until I switched of the Laser…

So I now have the laser moving just not quite right…
