There should be a faint corrugated grab handle on the very left end of the palette:
Grabbing that should disconnect the palette from the bottom of the display and let you haul it where you want it.
However, if the problem is the palette has vanished, then:
- Set the Windows Task Bar to
Auto-Hide
, which will provide a few more vertical pixels - Maximize the LightBurn window to use the the whole screen
- Make sure the palette is enabled in the LightBurn
