I just purchased a new iMac and need to Deactivate my old laptop and activate the new computer, when I go into the License portal and click on the laptop link then press delete, I get this message:
ALLOWED DEACTIVATIONS LIMIT REACHED"
How do I deactivate the old computer and active my new one? Andrew.
I have removed both seat allocations you had assigned. You can now activate on the 2 systems you’d like. 
We set the license limit to 10 Deactivations to limit passing the license around. I have also bumped your deactivation number to assist. Is there a reason you have deactivated your key this number of times? I ask to see if we can help you with this issue going forward.
