(ERROR:24.
The machine is in an unsealed state.
Please close the protective cover and drawer, and then press the start button of the device to continue working.)

Qualcuno sa’ come posso risolvere?
Grazie a tutti.

Hi, I’m new to this world.

I’ll tell you the problem right away. As the title suggests, I have a Falcon2 pro, it arrived yesterday and I’m having a problem with the drawer sensor. There are 2 LEDs that when the drawer opens are red and when I close it, they should be blue. However, with the drawer closed, one always remains red, blocking the laser. I can use the frame, machine recognized by PC, I can send to home… Whatever I do to cut or engrave, however, it emits continuous sounds and immediately blocks. It gives me the error with code 24 as if it was opened from the bottom drawer or from the top.

Does anyone know how I can solve it?
I also tried using magnets but nothing, same result, only one LED turns blue, the other always remains red and doesn’t allow me to work. Thank you all.

This is not good advice - and especially not permanent solution - but in the Falcon 2 Pro motherboard there are 2 little gray buttons on top. If you click them in, they bypass the sensors.

Definitely important to get in touch with Creality about this as the machine is fairly new so not much diagnostic experience out there.
