Cut starting points not aligned with shape

I have noticed recently that some of my cuts have a dent in their shape as if the machine starts the cut a little bit off the shape and then aligned with it (see attached images).

Checked the design and the problem is not there so I guess it’s either a problem with LB settings or my mechine but I couldn’t figure it out.
Beside those little off-shape cuts the rest looks good.

Im using Atomstack X20 and the latest LB software.

Most likely this is caused by backlash in the machine. Check that pinion gears are proper secured to their stepper shafts. Also recheck belt tension.
