Cut vertical lines first, than horizontal ones

Hi, I have a sticker grid created by grid tool

and for unknown reason some stickers are not square at the end (probably some material issue). So I thought I might try to cut vertical lines first and than horizontal ones - long straight cut.
Is it possible to order this kind of cut? I did multiple experiments with cut optimalization, but with no luck.
I am aware that I might get this by designing the grid manually, but I am looking for the sollution using grid tool.

Did you test the “remove overlapping lines” feature? If there are any overlapping lines, but if I recall correctly, I had a similar outcome then. Though this might have been coincidental.

I use the “create array” feature quite a bit and usually the objects are simple rectangles. The rectangles share 2 or more common edges when grouped together in a grid, say 4 rectangles by 4. When I cut them, the laser treats each rectangle as an individual unit, so it ends up repeating the cut where the rectangles butt up against one another. How do I tell the laser to just make one cut per line? [image]

Thanks. this helped. I have created a different object than rectangle, multiplied by grid tool and voila…
