Bonsoir , voilà je viens d’acquérir une ortur master 2 et j’ai un souci je débute dans la gravure donc je n’y connais pas grand chose j’ai réussi a graver quelque petite pièce mes quand j’essaie de graver un fichier de plus 1h de travail la machine s’arrête en pleine impression comme ci la machine ce déconnecter de mon pc j’utilise un pc portable brancher sur secteur es que cela vous ai déjà arrivé et quel solution pour remédier a ce problème merci beaucoup au réponse qui me seron apportée

Try running the job at a lower power setting and see if it makes it all the way through. We’ve seen a lot of disconnection issues with Ortur machines and I’m not sure why they are so much more sensitive than anything else we support. In the preview, scrub the slider to the point where it stopped and click ‘Start here’ on the bottom. That will run the job starting from that place. The Ortur disconnection seems to be a grounding issue - IE, the laser has rubber belts moving over plastic wheels which causes static build up. When it discharges through the USB port, it kills the connection. If you ground the frame to something it seems to help.

Problem solved !! Thanks to Ortur Support who did really great. My problem was due to my grounding, which was not properly done. Static electricity bursts from the X belt’s movements was causing the disconnections/error:8. We attached a copper wire on one of the 4 screws of the laser module’s top plate. Wire then connects to a X-axis’ gantry screw. From that screw, another wire goes and connects to the Y-axis’ gantry screw. Wires go through cable looms to keep everything neat. Since then, …
