origin of wiggling in lines is mechanical the only cause i guess comes from dirt on guides or worn ball bearings

Highly doubt it… these are usually lose belts or other mechanical issues.

Unless your head bushings are in sad shape I doubt these are related.

Hi guys, I have a problem with newly purchased (used) machine. it has ruida rdlc320 and Reci 100w tube. The issue that I am having, the machine closes the first circle in a row, but starting with the folowing the circle is not closed correctly. I tried different speeds, but it doesn’t matter. I checked the hide backlash option in optimisation and it seems that circles are better, however, the discrepancy of the parallel lines is still there.
