Mi creality falcon 2, 22 w, graba desde hace un mes con doble línea. Uso Lightburn. Dibujos de líneas simples los graba con líneas dobles en cualquier superficie utilizada. Necesito solucionar este error. Calibré el lente, lo limpié, ajusté tuercas. Pero sigue grabando igual

Which mode do you use for this object? Do you use a rotary or chuck? If using a rotary, you need to use fill mode and scan along the object. If you use line mode, there is too much turning of the object which will lead to displacement.
I do not have either of my machines set up for a rotary, so I was not able to see if I could duplicate your output. However, I did examine your Lightburn file in detail, and made some corrections to it.
- Your part is not aligned parallel (slightly rotated) to the Xaxis, but I assumed this was by design.
- You have Overscan selected, but it was set to zero.
- You do not have Rotary selected, so I question whether or not this was the actual file you used that created the problem.
- 6000mm/m is much too fast for a rotary. I am not even sure if the 3000mm/m setting I used is not too fast.
- It is usually recommended to not use 100% power on a diode. This reportedly shortens its life.
- Your machine is not capable of 900LPI. This means you are burning the same path 3 or more times.
I have made changes in the attached file. The run time in Preview went from 15+ minutes to about 6 minutes. Run a test on the back side of one you tried and let us know the results.
