If the error is half the size in the middle of the array as it is at the end of the array you may want to try an axis calibration.

Hi, I have used LB alongside RDworks for several years no issues. Today I thought i would use the “machine settings>axis calibration” in LB to tighten my tolerances on cut squares. i would draw a test-box with corners at the centres of the 4 circles on the corners of your array - do this on another layer so you can turn the test box on and and your main-art off for your calibration.
