Engraving shifting right incrementally then cut wont align

This is the issue I’m having, I have tried several fixes (images below) with no luck. The more engraving the more the machine gets out of alignment. Once I reset the machine it brings it back to its original location. [Issue tests copy] Sorry its hard to see but all still have a lip on the right hand side, some small than others.
