Fill operations are shifted from Line cuts

Hello, having a little issue with my operations.
I am doing some lake maps and using fill for the letters/numbers. Line for road beds and lake cut out. Issue I’m having is to cut down on the running time, I had fill shapes individually turned on. Ran a couple maps and noticed all the fill operations were shifted roughly .1" off from the Line cutting operations. Turned fill back to fill all shapes at once and it fixed it, but it increased run time by close to an hour.

Anyone ever have this issue and is there a easy fix to help me save time?

Show us your preview vs your results

Show us your cuts/layers settings.

Are you using the overscan option?

With out more data, I can suggest increase overscan and turn speed down by 25%

This may be another instance of the PWM Rising Edge Valid misconfiguration that tends to appear only on complex layouts:

Intricate cuts shift gradually, but simple shapes are perfectly accurate

I have a project with both cutting and engraving. The cutting is 10mm/sec. I have some line engraving at 20mm/sec, but I have letter engraving at higher speeds (see below). Because the inside of the letters falls out at 20mm/sec 10% power, I’ve been trying higher speeds. Examples of inside are for letters R, A, B, 8, i.e. the part of the letter completely enclosed by the engrave line is falling out. Remember: Ruida controllers handle the overscan internally, so LightBurn has no control over it.
