Fill plus cut line missing from drop down menu in layers. How do I enable.
If you double click on the layer you want to add a line to after the fill, you now add a sub-layer by clicking on the button with a plus sign in the circle and set that sub-layer to line and the appropriate settings.

This was moved into sub-layers in 1.2.00. You can now put up to 11 line-fill-line-fill steps into each layer.
