Filling lines are covering everything

Hi,
when I draw 3 circles inside each other
the biggest is to cut and the second(middle) to fill and the 3rd which is the smallest is just line
the second and the 3rd gets filled instead of the second stops at the edges of the smallest and I need the fill to stop at the 3rd border

How do I invert (negate) a vector engraving?

If you want to invert a vector engraving (Fill layer) you need to add an outline to it. Think about what happens when you scan a circle, compared to the letter ‘O’. The inner ring of the O toggles the fill.
