Firmware for OLM3 won’t open

I am unable to download the firmware update for my Ortur LM3. I have gone to Ortur site, selected the LM3 , and clicked on download. Once downloaded to Mac, I receive the following message:

Any suggestions on what to do?

Try rename the file to OLM3_V211.bin or OLM3_211.bin

Unfortunately renaming the file did not work. Continue to get the same message.

That is because it is a binary file and not compressed (meaning it has to be expanded).

If you extract it again:

Per the updating instructions seems not the correct way…
But some before firmware update may have changed it.
