It’s probably in your work flow. You need to describe to us how you set it up.
I assume this is a new issue?
It is telling you that some operation is driving it out of the specified work area for your machine. This can be the image is too close to the edge of the work area and the overscan needs more space or that the artwork will be out of bounds.
I see by the display your Y axes is at 399mm, assume you only have about 200mm left in that direction.
Is it a vector or image you are trying to implement?

I get this when i delete alot and there is something left on the screen. What i do is drag a box around the item copy the item on the screen clear the screen and repaste the copied item. This always clears my issue.
