Framing does nothing, have scoured internet for answers

Hello all,

I am a new laser user and purchased a monport 60W MOPA fiber laser. Everything works fine but I cannot for the life of me get the framing to work properly. Im hoping its a setting but based on behavior may be so. Originally it would just put a very faint single green dot that did an outline. Then the machine froze and when it cane back up it was working great, exactly what I was expeting, had red image outline and everything seemed ok. Shutdown machine at end of day yesterday and today we have nothing when ttrying to frame. I have searched all over the internet and cant seem to find an answer. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi thanks for the link, his issue appears to be a little different. Mine works fine just no framing. Man this is frustrating…

Well, now its working. I guess I had something checked I shouldnt have although I’ve changed no setting past few days. Just in case anyone needs it I just unchecked the “Tool layers only” box lol
