!Help asap! - happy to pay

Hi there,

I have been using LightBurn for many years now with my laser diode laser cutter. The usb part came of the nano on the computer board. I have had it repaired and after reconnecting LightBurn wont regonise it when it’s plugged in. Although the nano still lights up.

Secondly, I had a spare nano, that I have flashed and LightBurn recognises it but it moves incredibly slowly and the boundaries and mesurments of where it thinks it is, are all completely wrong.

I need to get this sorted asap. So if anyone knows whats wrong and can video call me asap to fix then I will happy pay £40 if we get it up and running.

Please let me know

Did you have your original configuration data and upload it to the new nano?

:smile_cat:

No! How do I do that?

anyone?? please!

What make machine is this? Most require plain GRBL to operate as intended.
You show grbl m3
Can you type $I into console window and paste results?

Also post a few pics of your laser and controller board.

Please see edurance laser and board. With the new nano, I think I need to change settings in LightBurn to make it run right

pics below

As a start with LaserGRBL program fllash 1.1h firmware.
For the pics you have to wait for the upload.

Thats it been flashed to that firmware now

Type $$ in the console and post here the output.
Do your laser have a Z motor and the controller only has 2 stepper drivers?

What are the working dimensions for your machine?

Just x and y axis. It just moves really slowly when I tell it to move and when I tell it to cut, it toys to go way out of bounds

When I added a new device / laser I set it to 650 x 900 mm. Just x and y axis. But since the new nano It just moves really slowly when I tell it to move and when I tell it to cut, it toys to go way out of bounds

And the $$ all output?
