How do I find my Ortur Laser Master 2 in Lightburn to Win 7

First of all I am a complete novice with lasers and I am 78, years old. I have an Ortur Laser Master 2 laser engraver. I downloaded and installed the Lightburn software. But nothing I do in Lightburn seems to be getting to my laser. I viewed the Lightburn on line guide for beginners and when I installed my Lightburn The page to find my laser never opened. Therefore I am assuming that my laser is not connected to Lightburn software. ANY and ALL assistance will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank YOU

I also have Gimp downloaded and I can move the laser head around but can not fire the laser

When you say you can move the laser around, do you mean jogging it with the controls in LightBurn? If so, that’s a good start. Have you been through the basic walkthrough and setup in our instructions yet?

You might need a driver for the Ortur, which would be included with whatever software it came with. You might need to install that to get the correct driver.
