How to enable ramp setting or feature?

I have imported an image and want to make a stamp. But i can’t find the ramp setting, nor do i see how to invert/reverse the image. Can someone help?

Sorry, I missed that. As @sensor points out, you can achieve ramping, which provides better support for the detailed parts of an engraving.
