when attempting to update my firmware i get an error message 0x800701b1 and it will not update. when attempt to upload an image and then set the placement of the laser it goes to busy and will never move. my laser works fine using iphone or ipad using laser explorer but you can not cut with it. I need help getting lightburn to work with my laser. i have tried everything i have found on youtube and this forum.
I don’t have a lot of experience but one thing I had problems with was the com port on mine. You may could check that to see if it helps. Hope you get soon.
