I cannot delete a boarder from my last image crop

Hi, I cropped this image in the middle to do some testing for my settings.
Now when I run the job the I get the small blue boarder same size as the crop from before
I can frame just the boarder and it frames ok , but burns the smaller one even crashing to the back of the machine, turnned the laser off and on

and it reset to home position
I tried refresh and delete all files in the file list tab
I deleted the file and started again with a new image and boarder, same results
any ideas ? I’'m using the gweike clould pro 55 w

Can you post your LightBurn file for us to have a look at.

Its late here i’m packed up for the night… laser is in the shed, i’ll have to do it tomorrow

Ok, whenever it’s convenient.

solved
contacted gweike support , It was not a previous file, the heavy gantry cannot travel in the y axis at my engraving speed of 450 mm/sec, and must be slowed to 150mm/sec or the belts just skip teeth and cause all the problems. It can only handle high speed engraving on the x axis i’m told

With a Ruida, this shouldn’t happen. It has limits for both X and Y (and Z) for speed. Skipping teeth is because the acceleration is too high

This sounds like it isn’t setup properly…?

I’d like to see the resulting image… hope you can post it

:smile_cat:

Here is the result, the image and cut was ok , the line around the boarder is the issue, the laser frames in the right place you can see how the belts slip at that speed and gantry does not travel all the way on y axis then slams to back of the machine.

slowing the speed to 150mm/sec to burn the boarder all is fine.
