I delete all in the window Configuration Machine! HELP ME!

I have already tried to uninstall lightburn, and the problem is that it is stuck in a corner and the machine configuration is empty, and it says console connection error.

The problem is that I delete everything that goes in the machine configuration window.

This is what I need help please.
It is urgent! We are blocked for 2 weeks without being able to work

I can’t read any of what’s on the screen, so that doesn’t help. It appears to be already failing from the start of the video as far as I can tell ? Believe me I understand your frustration. Been there, done that… You need to relax and answer our questions.
