I got a key . but its not working

I BOUGHT THE SOFTWARE .I GOT A KEY . BUT ITS NOT WORKING
i used 30 days for free
and now its throwing me out when i put a key

it’s very easy to make a typo that is hard to see.
Copy and paste the key from the Email.

Do you get an error message when you do this?
