Il programma non riconosce laser

Hi, I recently purchased AtomStack A40 Pro Laser Machine Equipped with F60 Air Assist Kit and I downloaded Lightburn 1.6 on trial for 30 days.
The biggest problem I encountered is that the program does not immediately recognize the machine, I have to turn the engraver and Lightburn on and off several times or reconfigure the device again.
iMac 27" OS Sonoma 14.5
It says “The machine may be busy or on pause”

I tried to see other posts but many are no longer active

I would be grateful to anyone who would like to help me.

“Machine may be busy or paused” error message

Hello, I cannot get my Jiccoda Laser Engraver to actually cut anything. I finally got it to connect to the computer and show up as a device. Now when I try and send something to cut I get an error message saying “there was a problem sending data to the laser. The machine may be busy or paused” Please help. I’ve spent hours trying to resolve this.
