controller does it have , and what firmware it is running?
Are you running the latest version of LightBurn?
Is the issue new, or has it happened before? What kind of computer is it, and what Operating System is it running?

It looks like the glass slipped in the rotary. Could that have been the issue here? Large rubber or silicone bands around the glass, something heavy inside, or clamps / hold-downs, if the rotary accommodates, can all help with this.
It wasn’t done in the rotary there weren’t circle cups
