You are running an RC, “Release Candidate” version of LightBurn.

There are these are preliminary versions under heavy development. It’s as designed, that it’s not possible to disable the update checks.

@ednisley Correct - pre-release versions require update checks. This is because we’ll have people message us with an issue that we already fixed weeks ago because they are still running an old RC.
