Hello. I recently purchased the Ortur Enclosure 2.0 for for my Laser Master 2 Pro S2 and got it set up and everything seemed to be working. I finally had some time to actually use it and have been running into an issue with the exhaust fan staying on while engraving.
When I tried yesterday I got this message: [MSG:Power Supply Problem:23V.Check TroubleShooting Section in User Manual] but not today but the same issue persists. I can turn on both the light and the exhaust fan (the light works well) but as soon as I start the engraving the exhaust fan will turn off. It will stay on if I test fire the laser while stationary and it will stay on during framing of the area but as soon as I hit start it will turn off. The laser otherwise works well with no issues that I can tell.
