Issues when selecting frame button

Hey all - I am having challenges with origin. I have created some basic projects and have selected the frame button to make sure everything is lined up properly.

I restarted both LB and my OLM2 Pro. Create a square in the middle of the workspace. Click the frame button and it frames in the lower left or home position. I can select user origin or current position does the same thing. What am I missing?

I also get the “G-code motion target exceeds machine travel…” message randomly when I hit the frame button.

I read through the other posts and have tried some of the suggestions there to no avail.

If not already, switch to Absolute Coords in “Start From:” portion of Laser control panel.
