Guys I need help, I have a Genmitsu Jinsoku LC-40 Laser Engraver, 5.5W and no matter what I do all the edges on any cut is jagged, I don’t know if I have to change anything or not please help.
When ever I’m going to cut a circle or anything, the laser follows the path of the cut but instead of straight lines or curves all I get is jagged and very zig zaggy cuts
That can be a sign of a licensing issue. Email support@lightburnsoftware.com to get this sorted.

I tried the same circle file with LaserGrbl and it worked without problems, so I discarded a hardware problem, them I uninstalled Lightburn and re-installed it, put the license again and did some windows update and the problem seems to be solved, I quit and started the program several times and all looks good, Thank you for your response.
It looks like your software has failed an integrity check - please go to Help > License Management and select Deactivate. Then, reopen LightBurn and re-enter your license key.
