Jagged edges no matter what, Using Lightburn on Lenovo desktop and Windows 8

Guys I need help, I have a Genmitsu Jinsoku LC-40 Laser Engraver, 5.5W and no matter what I do all the edges on any cut is jagged, I don’t know if I have to change anything or not please help.
