Job not being received by laser after latest update

I send my job to the laser (Ruida) like normal after the update, it sends fine from the laptop but when I click the button ‘file’ on the machine - the file I just sent does not appear and therefore I am unable to cut it from the laser itself. I had this similar issue with the previous update. I’m reverting back to the older version for now. Please can you help.
