I attached my rotary in my machine and went to configureit through machine settings but the software gives me the error “Communication with controller failed”. I start the laser first and then lightburn. Reinstalled the update but still cannot get it to communicate. Any ideas? I am using a Mac front end and the Ruida 644xs controller.
