Help. All of a sudden, light burn will no longer fire the laser tube to cut.
I can pulse the laser, and its fine but lightburn will not trigger the tube while cutting. YES the output toggle is on. and yes I am verifying with an Ma Meter

Sounds like a hardware failure.
The complete system is digital, so the chances of this occurring are not very good.
I’d double check your tube for it’s resonating or TEM mode. If it’s not TEM00 then you need a new tube.
Lightburn and the controller generally work or not, but don’t fail in this manner.
If you have
properly working tube
aligned and clean optics
proper focus
It will work, so one of these is having a problem.
A proper alignment should start at m1 (mirror 1) examining the beam quality from the source (tube). This should resonate in TEM00 mode or it never will align properly.
I cut targets out of watercolor paper so I can press fit them into the mirror holders.
