Laser engraving filling issues

I concur with that speed.

I’m using my phone right now, with limited screen and zoom..just had to ask.

I see hats from a file you downloaded…I thought it could be Vectorized but I wouldnt know how to edit files like that, but you could design your own and do it.

Also that woulf engrave is nice but the image on screen is way mor subtle and I know the P2 can handle that because there was some fine P2 engraving shown on the forum here a few months ago..although maybe a lot smaller than 33w.

Yes. It was only a rapid test with an image fully detailed but engraved by me in a wrong size and using provided settings by the designer for a 20w laser. It was supposed to be laser ready to engraver. I need to be more patient. Thanks.

You might have already seen stuff like this and it is done with a 10w…but I do believe that at the right scale and settings and a bit of wood treatment, slightly bigger diodes can also turn out impresivework.

Wow. Great job!

My apologies everyone! The machine weight of the Acmer p2 is 6.5kg not the Module weight.
The module must be probably be around 1.5..ish kg.

Check the PWM machine settings.
Try reversing the X.
(Look it up first; someone has a great explanation about it but I forgot exactly where.)
