When I trace an image and try to burn the trace into a piece of wood or cardboard, its as if the laser forgets where it did the previous thing and draws onto of its self.
Looks like there’s a lot of mechanical issues with your machine.
Your lines are very wobbly, which indicates, to me, that your machine construction is not optimal.

I would check your belt tensions and rollers to make sure nothing is loose, or alternately too tight and binding. This is a physical issue with the machine - when it runs, do you ever hear it “buzz” from the motors? when it’s traveling between shapes?

I tightened the tension belts and it looks much better now. Thank you!
